The Culinary Arts Program invites you to come in and enjoy a meal planned and prepared by our student chefs under the expert supervision of Chef Instructors Doug Cooperman and Rick Edge.
Chef Doug and his junior class students will be offering a delicious lunch menu every Friday from 11:30 to 1:00 pm.
Chef Rick and his senior class students will be offering a wonderful dinner menu every Thursday and Friday evening from 5:30 to 8:30.
The menu's will change each week, but will always offer a nice variety to choose from, and always include Chef Mary's Smoked Salmon Chowder.
Keep an eye on our announcements for the start-up of our Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts. Chef Hartnel and his very talented crew will be offering the best breakfast on the peninsula. Just wait until you see this menu!

The Restaurant at the Culinary Center of
Montereyis located on John Steinbeck's historic Cannery Row overlooking the beautiful Monterey Bay . Enjoy dining in the former Old Custom House Packing Corporation building, with its original timbers scarred by fire, hard use, and time, with memories of a time gone by. Enjoy your meal at the black granite bar overlooking the bay, near the cozy fireplace, or on our open air terrace watching sailboats and seals. As always, the Culinary Center Restaurant and our dream kitchen classrooms are available for private parties, corporate events, wedding receptions and teambuilding events.
