Team building classes are available for groups of 12 to 75 participants. These classes can be as casual or as demanding as the customer chooses. We're very flexible and work with each group to customize the event to their particular needs.

In the more casual class, everyone participates in preparing and enjoying a great meal they have worked together to create. We have many different types of classes to choose from, Appetizers, Desserts, International Dinners, or our wonderful California Cuisine.

In the more challenging Team building Classes, the participants will divide into teams and compete against each other in categories such as taste, appearance, garnishing, table décor or Buffet Styling. Prizes can be anything from Certificates or Cookbooks to Trophies.
