ServSafeŽ Safety and Sanitation Class Information

The Culinary Center of Monterey is a ServSafe® food protection instruction center and is approved in the state of California

For certification under CA Health & Safety Code Sec. 113700-113733. Campbell Bill Certified Food Handler (CFH) Program Food Safety Education in Retail Food Facilities Bill #AB 1978.

It is critical that every person in an operation meets today's food safety practice demands. The ServSafe® program provides the resources to help keep food safety as an essential ingredient in every meal. ServSafe® training is the one commitment to food safety implementation that we should all share every day. The ServSafe® program offers training for every level of your organization.
